Yes, with written permission, we love pets for Ceremonies only.
However No pets for Reception or overnight. Please keep your pet in a crate or on a leash while not in Ceremony.
Our grass is kept pet free for your enjoyment. NO POOP OR PEE ON THE GRASS. Bring necessary clean up items and dispose of pet waste responsively. We have a designated spot for them.
Please contact us if you want to include your furry family members to be part of your day.

Decoration, Getting ready and Cleanup time begin and end within your package window. You may request extra time for $100/hour.

Yes - At the time of Arrival we will take your Credit Card Information to hold $500 for extras that may incur. After the Final Inspection you will receive a final note with a balance or credit.

During the Process, we invite you to designate a person you trust to be your Person Of Contact.
We will make a binder available to that person with all the necessary information, such as Bluetooth, WIFI and gate passwords. As well as closing time and cleaning information.
Your POC will help you make sure you get your deposit back!

You will be charged a $100 from your Deposit.
Any late departure exceeding 11:30PM will see your deposit charged of the $500 in addition to Security guard fee and extra damage that would still need to be assessed.

We are a fully gated Oasis in Albuquerque with security cameras strategically positioned around the property In order to understand if we are a good fit for you, we recommend booking a tour. Come SEE!

Breakfast is served on East Balcony Between 9-9:30AM. We will text you when Breakfast is served.

We will text you a special door entry code for the Big House Secret Balconnette at 9PM the night of your Wedding.
Your designated space is upstairs in the suite only. The Big House is a mini hotel and there may be other guests staying downstairs.
